Green Tourmaline

WHAT IS IT?

A light to dark green crystal which forms in striated columns. The crystal grows directly from the rock or sometimes from quartz. Often occurs with pink as well as green colours when it is then known as Watermelon Tourmaline (Green Tourmaline bottom, Watermelon top in the picture).
