About Inspired Choice
Inspired Choice began as a tiny stall opposite a butchers in the covered market in Slough in the 90's. Since then we've grown through a much bigger shop in Windsor, now sadly closed, into a website covering Crystals, Reiki, Tarot, Channeling and now Meditations. We have been based in a beautiful part of the Breton countryside since 2003 and run regular courses at our home in France, and in York and Maidenhead in the UK.
We believe that our ancestors and the therapies they developed are a key ingredient in re-connecting us to the life force of this planet, and offering solutions to the problems of our ever busier lives. We genuinely hope we offer Ancient Solutions for a Modern World.

Crystal energy can be used to transform the feel of our homes and offices, as well as being wonderful to look at! We can also use them to promote well-being and change within ourselves. Healers and psychics frequently use them either directly for healing, or simply to clarify and protect the areas where they work.
In exchange for this, crystals require only very simple care and attention.
What is it Reiki?
Reiki is a powerful and effective method of hands-on healing. Based on ancient Buddhist wisdom, Reiki was introduced in Japan by Dr Mikao Usui in the late 19th century, and has since gained world-wide acceptance and acclaim.
How it works
Reiki can be translated as “Universal Life Force Energy”. The “Ki” part of Reiki is the same as the Chinese “Chi”.
During a Reiki treatment, this universal energy is used to rebalance the client’s energy, remove negative energy and refresh the entire body and mind.
The client remains fully clothed during the treatment, and either sits or lies on a couch. The treatment is usually hands-on, but can be carried out just as effectively without touching. Reiki is special because it seeks out the cause of any problem, rather than just treating the symptoms.
